Board of Advisors Structure
BOARD OF ADVISORS
 
Purpose:
To provide as-needed advice and support to the leadership of LeanForward, Inc., with the intent of helping them make sound decisions and operate the business in a profitable, ethical, accountable, sustainable and God-honoring manner.

Responsibilities:
Review and provide advice and feedback about business plans, including the structure, services, products, marketing strategy, etc. of LeanForward.

Serve as a source of genuine encouragement and support during the early phases of the business launch and times of transition or uncertainty.

Rigorously challenge the leadership regarding all personal and professional matters deemed relevant to the integrity of the business and its service to clients.

Hold the leadership accountable for serving God, their families and the business, in that order of priority.

Participate as thought leaders in helping to develop, cultivate and share new ideas and strategies related to the development of human capital.

Composition:
A circle of trusted and admired friends of the leadership of LeanForward, Inc. who are principle-driven and possess strong business savvy and knowledge of the market niche within which the company operates. Each member of the Board of Advisors serves in a non-compensatory, voluntary capacity. The members are not officers of the company and bear no fiduciary or operational responsibility for LeanForward, Inc.
