President & Principal Consultant

Mark's 25-year tenure as a human resources leader informs his approach to consulting, coaching and teaching. Having devoted many years to designing and implementing human capital strategies as an HR executive, Mark now focuses the efforts of LeanForward, Inc. on helping both individual and company clients achieve their objectives and sustain growth. As President and Principal Consultant, Mark specializes in the areas leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, organizational alignment, transition management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communications. He utilizes proven approaches to complex people issues and continually refreshes his thinking and practice with new ideas, tools, techniques and collegial relationships. By partnering with a select group of associates, Mark and LeanForward, Inc. can offer a full array of consulting, coaching and teaching services to clients.

Mark holds a Master of Education degree with a concentration in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. He is a graduate from the Business Coach Institute and has earned professional distinction as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
